Terms of use
These terms apply to anyone using dashotimiza.com and Dash Otimiza's free tools. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are
The site is run by Dash Servicos Digitais LTDA (nome fantasia Dash Otimiza), CNPJ 37.578.545/0001-90, a Shopify-specialized agency registered in Brazil. Contact: contato@dashotimiza.com.
2. Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and in good faith.
- Don't try to break into, overload or disrupt the site and the tools, or get around usage limits.
- Don't run bulk automated queries against the tools or scrape the site's content in bulk.
- Only enter URLs of public stores in the tools, and don't use them for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaches these terms.
3. Free tools
The speed test, the CRO analysis and the migration simulator generate an automatic result from the store's public pages and, where relevant, Google's PageSpeed Insights API, at the time of the check.
The result is indicative only: it can vary from one measurement to the next, it is not a full audit, it does not replace an expert diagnosis and it is not a guarantee of any score, Google ranking, conversion rate or sales.
The tools are free, require no sign-up and may change, go offline or be discontinued at any time. The URL you type is not stored (see our Privacy policy).
4. Information, pricing and hiring
The content of the site is for information. Published prices and timelines are starting points ("from") and serve as a reference: the scope, timeline and price of each project depend on the store and are set in the quote.
Quotes and engagements are made through Dash Otimiza's own proposal. The terms of an accepted proposal prevail over the general information on the site.
5. Intellectual property
The Dash Otimiza brand, logo, text, layout, code, animations and other site content belong to Dash Otimiza or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Shopify, Google, PageSpeed Insights, WhatsApp and the other brands mentioned belong to their owners. Screenshots and brands of client stores belong to those companies and are shown as portfolio.
6. External links
The site links to third-party sites, such as the Shopify Partner Directory, social networks and client stores. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site online and its information accurate, but the site and the tools are provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Dash Otimiza is not liable for losses caused by decisions based solely on the tool results or on the informational content of the site, nor for outages caused by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. This is a translation of the Portuguese version; if they differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the client's domicile when the client is a consumer, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code; in other cases, by the court that has jurisdiction under the law, unless the accepted commercial proposal sets a different one.
