Connect rate
Out of every 100 ad clicks, how many become a visit with the store actually loaded. A slow store loses people before it opens, and you still pay for the click.
Service · Speed
A slow store loses sales before shoppers even see your products. Our optimization speeds up how fast your Shopify store loads, and it shows in your numbers: lower bounce rate, more visits put to use, better Google rankings and, in the end, more revenue, margin and ROI.

Every store starts from a different place, so we never promise a specific score.
No. A PageSpeed score depends on many factors beyond the code: the theme, the installed apps, the size of images and videos, marketing scripts and the way Google itself measures, on a simulated slow phone. That is why a real store, full of features that sell, rarely reaches 100.
Be wary of anyone who promises a 100: it is usually a trick that shows Google's bot a different page while shoppers get the slow store. The average of 64 is the real result across 100 different stores, and some of our stores score well above it.
Speed isn't just a test score. It moves metrics that matter to your business:
Out of every 100 ad clicks, how many become a visit with the store actually loaded. A slow store loses people before it opens, and you still pay for the click.
Fewer people give up on the first screen when it shows up fast, especially on mobile.
Speed is part of the signals Google considers, and a faster store makes better use of every visit it gets.
When the page loads sooner, your pixel and analytics record more visits, so your campaigns learn from more complete data.
More visits put to use with the same ad spend turn into more orders and a better return on ad spend.
We review the whole store, from backend to frontend: theme, apps, images, fonts, scripts and everything that slows loading.
Performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO, plus how AI agents and AI search read your store.
We improve the store your shoppers get, not just the test score.
Everything happens on a copy of your theme, never on the live store.
PageSpeed Insights is Google's tool that scores a page's performance from 0 to 100, using Lighthouse. Core Web Vitals are the three metrics Google uses to measure what real visitors experience:
How long the largest image or text block on screen takes to appear, usually your hero banner or product photo.
How quickly the page responds to a tap or click, like opening the menu or picking a variant.
How much the layout jumps while loading, like a button that moves just as you tap it.
Every second of waiting is another chance for a shopper to give up, especially on mobile. Core Web Vitals are also part of the page experience signals Google considers when ranking results.
Some resold themes ship scripts that show Google's test a different page from the one shoppers get. The score looks great, but the store stays slow for buyers, and tracking (pixels and analytics) can stop working.
We don't do that. Unlike those who add scripts to fool measurement tools, we fix what needs fixing, remove what isn't needed or give recommendations so your store performs as well as it really can.
We also look for these tricks during the diagnosis. If your store scores high but still feels slow on a phone, it's worth a check.
We check 47+ points that affect your store, from backend to frontend, and list what is slowing it down.
We fix what's needed and remove what isn't on a copy of your theme, without touching the live store. Anything that depends on you, like replacing an app, becomes a recommendation.
You check the preview and publish when you're happy.
Speed optimization takes 1 to 2 business days and is quoted per project, because it depends on each store's theme and apps. The proposal comes after a review of your store, in Brazilian reais or in your local currency on request. Message us on WhatsApp to get started, or run the free speed test first.
Start by measuring: check your PageSpeed score and find out what weighs the most for shoppers on mobile. In a Dash optimization, we run that diagnosis and make the fixes on a copy of your theme, in 1 to 2 business days.

No. Scores depend on your theme, apps and content, so a guaranteed number is a red flag. What we commit to is the method: a measured diagnosis, fixes on a copy of your theme and no score-faking tricks.
No. Every change is made on a copy of your theme (an unpublished draft). You review the preview and publish it yourself when you're happy.
Not necessarily. The diagnosis shows what weighs the most on your store, so you can decide what is worth keeping.
The score is a lab simulation run by Lighthouse. Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP and CLS) are also measured from real Chrome users when your store has enough traffic. We work on both.
